Really cool concept of a mangaish cute dragon . Nice work on the the face and the eyes in particular (the show a sort of expression that I can't really describe ), total picture also looks really nice. As a suggestion for this picture (constructive, not negative purposes) I'd suggest that you do a bit more on the shading on the entire body and keep the overal level of shading the same (now, the dragon is shaded on some spaces while others are left blank, the left tooth from viewers perspective for instant).
